You state, "My Lord was perfectly Torah observant".
No, he was not. The Law commanded that adulterers and adulteresses be put to death. If Christ was "perfectly" Torah observant, He would have helped stone the adulteress Himself.
Christ's answer, "He that is without sin among you . . . " is not Torah-observant. The Law did not call on only sinless people to inflict the death penalty. It simply stated that the community must inflict death on those who are guilty of this sin. Christ did not obey the Torah in this case. (Because He wasn't supposed to.)
