Does the ACCA still use the phrase "Friends of the Truth" to describe non-members who attend ACCA churches?
If so, what is the Biblical reasoning, and why does that term not apply to Christians that neither attend nor support ACCA tradition? |

I always found the term to be a friendly one.
There are situations that involve members only. It's a polite way to differentiate between members and friends, and one that implies affection and respect. To me, it is an expression of inclusion and not of exclusion. I've mostly heard it expressed as "friends." |

Oh ok, I see what you are saying. I still have a problem with this, namely because of the word 'Truth' in the phrase. The ACCA isn't the only group with the truth (i'm sure you would agree), so why call people who are non-members and still attendees Friends of the Truth, and not other Christians? -NX |
